PromptAds provides PromptScore™audits, AI visibility diagnostics, GEO recommendations, and related marketing services for brands. For the purpose of applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation, PromptAds acts as the data controllerfor the personal data described in this policy.

We collect the information you choose to provide when you interact with PromptAds, including your name, business email address,website URL, job title,industry, and any information you place in a contact or audit request message. When you purchase services, billing and payment processing are handled by third-party providers such as Stripe, and we receive only the business information reasonably necessary to manage the transaction.

We also collect limited technical information about how visitors use the site, such as page views, navigation paths, device type, browser information, referrer data, and Core Web Vitals, but only where analytics processing is allowed by your cookie preferences. This information is used to improve site performance, understand product interest, and maintain security.

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver audits, prepare proposals, manage subscriptions, maintain customer records, protect the site against abuse, and improve our services. When you ask for a free audit, we use the information you provide to assess your AI visibility context, prepare a tailored PromptScore™ report, and communicate with you about the outcome of that request.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with carefully selected processors that help us host the site, store customer records, run analytics when enabled, process payments, and operate customer support workflows, but only under written terms requiring those providers to protect the data and use it solely for authorized purposes.

Under the GDPR, PromptAds processes personal data on several legal bases. We rely onconsent when you allow optional analytics or ask to receive communications that are not strictly necessary for the requested service. We rely on contract performance when we need to review an audit request, deliver PromptScore™ outputs, administer subscriptions, or respond to a service request you initiated. We rely on legitimate interestswhen we protect the site, improve our offering, and maintain commercial records in a way that is proportionate and does not override your rights.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, including the right to be forgotten, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to certain forms of processing. You may also withdraw consent at any time for processing that depends on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Our data retention periods depend on the type of record involved. Contact form submissionsare retained for up to 3 years from the last meaningful interaction. Audit requests are retained for up to 5 years because they may inform later commercial conversations and customer service history. Payment and accounting records may be kept longer where required by tax, bookkeeping, or legal compliance obligations. Analytics data is retained only for the period necessary to understand aggregate site performance and is subject to the settings of our analytics provider.

PromptAds may use service providers located outside the European Economic Area. Wheredata transfers occur outside the EU or EEA, we rely on recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent lawful transfer mechanisms. We review these arrangements periodically to maintain an appropriate level of protection.

PromptAds uses cookies and similar browser storage for security, consent management, and, where permitted, analytics. Our cookie consent banner allows you to accept all cookies or manage your preferences by category, and analytics tools are not initialized when analytics consent is not granted. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No system can provide an absolute guarantee of security, but we review our tools, providers, and access controls regularly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, processors, or legal obligations. When we make material changes, we will update the date shown above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice on the site.
